Brynmor Early Education and Preschool is looking for experienced, passionate, and energetic full-time Lead Early Education Teachers to join their premier preschool in Culpeper, VA.

Current Openings

• Infant Teacher: willing to work with children 6-weeks to 18-months-old
• Preschool Teacher: working with children 3- to 4-years-old

Salary

$18.00 – $21.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to understand and support the education program using their child-focused curriculum
• Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all time
• Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents
• Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team
• Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED EDUCATION: CDA, AA, or BA in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Educational Psychology, or related field
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: At least 2-years of experience working with children in a licensed early education facility
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
• Must meet background check eligibility
