Our client is looking caring, nurturing, and energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join their premier preschool in Nashua, NH.

  • These are Direct Hire positions with the school
  • Full-time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Lead Teachers! (Eligibility details provided during the screening process)

Open Positions

  • Lead Preschool Teacher- working with children 3-years-old and the schedule would require at least two closing shifts
  • Lead Toddler Teacher- working with children 2-years-old and the schedule would require at least two closing shifts
  • Lead Infant Teacher- working with children 6 weeks to 18 months old and the schedule would require at least two closing shifts

Salary

  • Lead Teachers: $19.00-$24.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios
  • Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom
  • Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
  • Communicate with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18-years-old
  • REQUIRED Lead Teacher Education: 18 Early Childhood Education courses OR Child Development Associate Certification (CDA) OR Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
  • Must meet background check eligibility
