Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Early Childhood Education Teachers to join their premier preschool in Jenks, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training.
- This is a Direct Hire position with the school
- Full-time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment

- Lead Preschool Teacher; working with children 3 years old to 4 years old

- Floater Teacher; working with children who are multi-aged
Salary
- Lead Teachers: $14.00-$16.50/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
- Assistant Teachers: $12.50-$14.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
- Floater Teachers: $12.50-$14.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and curriculum as well as the maintenance of educational portfolios
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18-years-old
- REQUIRED Education: High School Diploma/GED
- REQUIRED Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with children 5-years-old and younger in some capacity
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
- Must meet background check eligibility
