Our client is looking for passionate, fun, and energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join their premier preschool in Saugus, MA.
- These are Direct Hire positions with the school
- Full-time; Monday – Friday; year-round employment
Open Positions
- Infant Teacher: working with children 6 weeks to 15 months old
- Toddler Teacher: working with children 15 months to 2.7 years old
- Preschool Teacher: working with children 2.7 to 5 years old
Salary
- Uncertified Teachers: $18.00 – $22.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience
- EEC Certified Teachers: $22.00 – $25.00/hour pending education, credentials, and professional Early Childhood Education experience

Job Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan, create and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
- Maintain educational portfolios for each child
- Supervise and engage children in educational and play activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Monitor and ensure the well-being of each child in your care
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications – Preschool
- REQUIRED Education: Must be EEC-certified
- REQUIRED Experience: Must have at least 2 years of cumulative experience working with preschoolers in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
Qualifications – Toddler
- PREFERRED Education: EEC-certified
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma
- REQUIRED Experience: Must have at least 2 years of cumulative experience working with children in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
Qualifications – Infant
- PREFERRED Education: EEC-certified
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma
- REQUIRED Experience: Must have at least 1 year of cumulative experience working with infants in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility
- Must meet background check eligibility
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations – for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
