Available Roles
- Floater Teacher: Working with children 6 weeks – 5 years
Schedule
- Start time would be between 8:00am – 10:00am
- Floaters must be able to work until 6:00pm, Monday through Friday!
Compensation
- $17 – $19 per hour for Floaters; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

What You’ll Be Doing
Floater Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
- Maintaining active supervision of children at all times
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed
- Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities
- Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications for Floater Teacher position:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Any experience working with children 5-years and younger in any capacity (babysitting and nannying WELCOMED!)
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
- Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs
- Must pass required background checks
