  • Infant Teacher working with children 3 to 15 months 
  • Toddler Teacher working with 1 to 3 year olds
  • Preschool Teacher working with 3 to 5 year olds
  • Certified Teacher and Assistant Teacher opportunities pending education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education!

Schedule

  • Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available!
  • Optional four-day or five-day work week!

Compensation

  • $15.00 – $24.00 per hour; Compensation depends on education, credentials, and experience in early childhood education.

What You'll Be Doing

Teachers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting a child-centered curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
  • Maintaining active supervision of children at all times
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Assisting with diapering and toileting as needed
  • Collaborating with other teachers to support classroom activities
  • Helping ensure a safe and positive school environment

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a licensed early childhood education program
  • Preferred education would be a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, Educational Psychology, or related field OR a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification OR a Massachusetts EEC certification

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children
  • Must safely lift infants into and out of cribs
  • Must pass required background checks
